Who we are

Savvy Business OS is operated by Savvy Gatsby (“we,” “us”), San Juan, Puerto Rico. Contact: jcruz@savvygatsby.com.

What we collect

• Information you provide in the diagnostic: your first name, email address, business name, category, city, links you paste, and your answers about how your business operates.
• Public business information from Google (reviews, ratings, photos count, hours) when you provide your business link or name — used only to build your report.
• Basic usage events (pages visited, diagnostic started or completed, tools used) to improve the product.

How we use it

• To generate your business score and report.
• To email your report to you and send relevant follow-ups.
• To contact you about Savvy Gatsby services when your results suggest we can help — you can opt out of any email at any time.
• To improve the scoring and recommendations.

What we never do

• We never sell your data.
• We never share your information with third parties for their marketing.

Where your data lives

Report data is stored in our database (Supabase). Contact information is synced to our CRM (HubSpot). Report generation uses AI services (Anthropic) that process your business information to write your recommendations. Emails are delivered via Resend.
